A purchase on Bustabid buys promotional placement on the board, and placement is delivered the moment an entry settles. That moment is what the rules below turn on.
The rules
- Settled entries are final. Once an entry has joined a round and settled, the purchase is final. Placement was delivered at that moment and remains on the board, subject to the disclosed 20% per 7 days decay.
- Rejected listings are refunded in full. If a listing is rejected during review, any entries it paid for are refunded in full to the original payment method. A rejected listing never received placement, so there is nothing to keep.
- Listings removed later forfeit placement. A listing that was live and is later removed for violating the content policy forfeits its placement without refund. Placement was delivered and then abused.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges: contact support@bustabid.lol and we will sort it out.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they can take a few business days to appear.
